Daniel is a computer engineer and registered patent attorney who focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation. His previous experience with patent and trademark prosecution, tech transfer, copyright, and licensing review, complements his approach to the litigation matters he handles.

After obtaining his J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law, Daniel attended the University of Houston Law Center’s LL.M. program, concentrating on intellectual property and information law. His master's thesis analyzed Federal Circuit decisions involving software patent eligibility and their impact on litigation.
